Geographic Limitation Advisory:
Since the expansion of on-line services, I have received service inquiries from many states and even internationally. Professional licensing requires that the therapist be licensed in both the physical location of the therapist and the physical location(s) of the client(s). This ruling is based upon physical locations at the time of service delivery and not upon the state of residence. Currently Bill is licensed in the sates of Maine, New Hampshire, Florida and Missouri.
